Thermal vacuum method of Zirconium Dioxide production
 
 Thermal vacuum method of Zirconium Dioxide production is developed according to the agreement with the State Scientific-Production Enterprise (SSPE) "Zirkonij".
 
 Technological process of rapid continuous thermal drying (Fig.1-4).
 rapid moisture removal leads to the material granulation: from ~1 mm to
~10 µm;
 decrease of specific energy consumption by a factor of 2,5…3;
 unnecessary technological operation of dried product grinding is excluded.
